Mastermind Intensive Fall 2024

🌟 Our First Mastermind Hybrid Workshop is in the books! Nothing like the topic of strategic planning to generate great conversation. A special shoutout to our expert panel:

* Lea Williams, Ph.D. who got us started on the nuances of Stakeholder Engagement.
* Adam Compton from North Carolina State University who shared insights on crafting a robust Plan Design.
* Hannah Randall from our partners at Armstrong McGuire & Associates, who guided us through effective Plan Implementation strategies.
