Mastermind Program Celebrates 4 Years

Four years ago this month, we launched the PMA Mastermind Leadership program. It's been the most rewarding collaboration I've had the privilege to be a part of. If you bring great people together, great things happen.

We've had 22 (!) groups and 150 leaders from around the country go through the program so far, and OG members Sarah Lanners Avinger, CFRE and Ken Fuquay we're part of the fun Wednesday night. Michael McNamee III, PhD won the award for furthest travel (UNC Asheville!).

Special thanks to my teammates who were there as well: the Program's Director Lea Williams, Ph.D., and James Waddey, Robin Taylor, Olanda Carr and Dean Thompson. PMA is a family business too, and I'm grateful that Parker McDowell and Lauren McDowell listen to most of what I have to say 😁. (Thanks as always for the photography Lauren).

If you look closely, you'll also spot our friend Bert Armstrong. Grateful for the partnership with Armstrong McGuire & Associates in general, and especially their support of this program. We're excited to welcome the first Armstrong McGuire Fellow into this Fall's cohort which starts next week.
