PMA Welcomes the Spring '24 Gold Group!

PMA Nonprofit Leadership is delighted to welcome another talented group of nonprofit leaders to our Spring Cohort of the Mastermind Program. The program has expanded into two groups, including the "Gold Group" pictured above, and the "Diamond Group," which we featured last week. "I could not be happier given the national perspective this group brings to the program, as well as their genuine desire to help each other get better in their roles as nonprofit leaders," noted PMA President Patton McDowell. 

PMA's Mastermind Nonprofit Leadership Program is a uniquely structured four-month virtual experience (seven two-hour sessions) that combines one-on-one coaching and peer mentorship to meet the needs of individuals in each cohort. Each cohort is composed of six to eight talented nonprofit leaders. This small group size ensures that each participant receives adequate individual coaching, while also expanding their network and benefiting from the accountability and feedback from the other participants. PMA's Mastermind Program is designed for nonprofit leaders with at least five years of experience who are serious about advancing their skills in the nonprofit sector and propelling their leadership to the next level. For more information and to apply, check out the information linked here.
