Celebrating 300 Episodes of Your Path to Nonprofit Leadership

On January 23rd, we’ll celebrate the 300th episode of our podcast, which has featured nonprofit leaders from around the world. It’s been a privilege to share insights and stories that inspire leadership growth across the sector. If you haven’t listened lately, now’s a great time to check it out.

Expanding the Mastermind Leadership Program

Our national community continues to grow, with over 170 nonprofit leaders from 24 cohorts now making up the Mastermind alumni network. While our Spring Cohort kicks off next week, we’re excited to welcome new participants to our Summer and Fall groups. Learn more here.

Welcoming New Cohorts for Leadership Gift School and Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy

The Leadership Gift School’s 13th cohort is shaping up to be one of our largest ever, while the Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy Program, in partnership with United Way of Greater Charlotte, doubled in size in 2024. We’re excited to see continued growth for both programs in 2025, and you can learn more through the Institute for Philanthropic Leadership.
